Dementia Connection Programs

Snowline Dementia Connection Program's focus is on improving the quality of life for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers. Another primary focus of the program is to improve early detection of Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders (dementia). The Dementia Connection Program offers a multitude of educational trainings to increase both professional capability and community awareness towards caring for those living with dementia.
