International Elemental Soma Month (IESM)

TERRA is an Elemental Soma Practitioner, Reiki Master, and author of The Elemental Soma | A Somatic Path to Healing, Coherence, and Self-Connection. She supports embodied coherence through ritual and Reiki, creating spaces for grounding, emotional flow, breath awareness, clarity, and integration.Her offerings include The Origin Rituals, Elemental Soma Reiki - private and group healing experiences, and Level I, II and Master trainings, all rooted in her Elemental Soma framework. These experiences are designed to be both accessible and deeply experiential, supporting a return to the body and the field.
