Join our sessions to learn about topics related to MS, connect with others and share your experiences.The MS Society is the UK’s biggest multiple sclerosis (MS) charity. We’re here to provide support for people living with MS and drive research into better treatments for everyone. Our vision is a world free from the effects of MS.

Our Conversation Cafés are a chance to chat, share and reflect and meet others with MS from around the UK, to discuss a monthly topic. These sessions are led by a member of our team and a volunteer with lived experience.

Our webinars offer a safe, fact-based space. You can attend anonymously and get information and support on topics linked to MS and wellbeing. We will be joined by speakers who are experts in their field along with volunteers with lived experience.

One off interactive session where you can learn new information or skills for managing your MS and wellbeing to help support your mental and physical health. These interactive sessions are run by a member of our team and a volunteer with lived experience

These monthly sessions are primarily led by our fantastic volunteers. They are a way to share experiences, tips, motivation and advice with others living with MS from across the UK while also supporting your mental and physical wellbeing.

These courses run over two or more weekly sessions. Some of the courses will be run as a webinar with a follow up chat session, while others are more interactive over the weeks. The materials for all courses have been co-produced by people affected by MS.

If you've recently been diagnosed with MS, you're not alone. Our What Next? courses consist of an anonymous webinar and a follow up Conversation Café. Our webinars are open to anyone who's lives have recently been affected by MS or would like to know more
