Abøn and Stretch and Fold are offering an evening of movement, music, sauna and swim as part of Abøn's Europe tour of her album "Wings of Adelaine", described as "a symphony of light and healing". You are welcome to a delicious dinner afterwards (not included in the price) at their lovely cafe by the water.
During this magical evening at STRETCH AND FOLD a wonderful instructor from Stretch and Fold will guide you into a peaceful and serene state of mind, through movment, meditation, breathwork, aromatherapy, and Abøn will follow with the ethereal sound journey of Abøn's "Wings of Adelaine".
Following this, is the sauna and swim experience, and the optional delicious and nutritious dinner from the cafe at Stretch and Fold.
