Art of Listening: with Abøn and YO STUDIOS Højbjerg

YO STUDIOS, in collaboration with Abøn (aka Lauren Pedersen), is offering an evening

of movement, meditation and music, as part of Abøn's European tour of her album

"Wings of Adelaine", described as "a symphony of light and healing".

Our lovely YO Instructor Therese Pape will guide you into an open and receptive state

of mind, through a yin class with breathwork and meditation. Abøn will follow with the

ethereal sound journey of her recent album "Wings of Adelaine", carefully crafted

neo-classical music to wrap you in a warm, cozy blanket of sound, designed to take you

on a journey through the soundscapes, into a place of peace and inner stillness.

Afterwards, we’ll gather in the lounge to enjoy some snacks.
