To ensure better control, we ask you to REGISTER your attendance through the following link.Students must attend accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for their supervision and care at all times.

I hereby authorize my child to participate in the event at the American Institute of Monterrey (AIM) facilities and acknowledge the risks involved. I understand that the event is organized by the Parent Association, and by this act, I release AIM, its staff, and the institution, as well as the Parent Association from any responsibility for incidents that may occur during the event. I take full responsibility for supervising my child during the event and ensuring that he/she has the necessary medical and accident coverage in case it is required.

Para llevar un mayor control, les pedimos REGISTRAR su asistencia a través del siguiente enlace. Los alumnos deben asistir acompañados por un adulto, quién es responsable de su supervisión y cuidado, en todo momento.

Autorizo a mi hijo/a a participar en el evento en las instalaciones del Instituto Americano de Monterrey (AIM) y reconozco los riesgos que implica. Entiendo que el evento está organizado por la Asociación de Padres y, mediante este acto, eximo al AIM, su personal y la institución, así como a la Asociación de Padres de familia, de cualquier responsabilidad por incidentes ocurridos durante el evento. Asumo la responsabilidad total de la supervisión y cuidado de mi hijo/a durante el evento y de garantizar que cuente con la cobertura médica y de accidentes necesaria en caso de ser requerida.
