Join us for a laboratory in human connection. Be part of a small, intimate group reflecting our humanity back to each other through playful and vulnerable activities.
[Session 1, Oct. 20] The Exiled Self in Connection: A somatic exploration of invisibility & isolation. What happens to the parts of us that get pushed away, and how do they show up in connection? A combination of internal reflection time, witnessing and mirroring, and games to re-integrate, together.
[Session 2, Oct. 27] The technology of bodies in collectivity: An experimental look into what human pathways exist in our groups and communities, and a chance to play/dream into more. In this moment in time, what are all the pathways available to us to connect? Which do we utilize, which need strengthening? We explore channels and pathways and play with where we'd like to invest more in creating human connective infrastructure.
[Session 3, Nov. 3] Dimensions of expression: A practice in communication across various axes, from eyes to intention to sound, to touch. Here we play with multiple dimensions of non-verbal communication, strengthening our awareness of our own patterns, and experimenting with more. A sweet interactive workshop of play and experimentation.
