About this event
Hi! I'm Juliana, art educator and life coach certified by the Transformation Academy (NYC).
This is a course/coaching session for English speakers.
In each session we are going to work mainly with the following topics:
. What you need to discover about yourself
. Understand and analyze your behaviors and patterns
. Measure and draft your goals
. Distinguish between emotions, opinions, decisions and beliefs
It's going to be fun, creative and I'm going to share some tools and exercises for each of you to work either in groups or individually.
