Yes. Once your date is confirmed, we will help you reserve your boutique classes (up to 3) in advance to ensure availability and personalized attention.

3. What’s included in the facial or massage?

Accepted Answer

You may choose between a relaxing facial or a sports massage. Both are designed to complement your recovery and wellness journey. Services are subject to therapist availability, so we recommend booking early.

4. Are the barber and hairstyling services walk-in?

These services are subject to availability. We recommend letting us know in advance if you'd like to include barber (Timber) or hairstyling (Aura) during your visit.

Yes! Your pass includes access to our Open Gym, boutique studios, steam and cold plunge area, restaurant, business lounge, and lounge areas.

We encourage you to enjoy your full day at Teva and make the most of every space and service. Our team will guide you to create a flow that suits your goals and time.

7. Is this pass transferable or refundable?

The pass is transferable and valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. While it is not refundable, you can gift or transfer it to someone else if you're unable to use it.
