The Organizer
BTCo (Business Travelers Community) is a global network of entrepreneurs, freelancers, digital nomads, and creatives. We connect through events, collaborations, and curated experiences in cities around the world.Behind BTCo is multi cultural/skill team focus on strategist with over a decade of experience combined in business development and international expansion, helping startups scale across Latin America and Europe. Now, through BTCo, they're creating spaces where people can grow their projects while exploring the world.
The Metodology
- A small group of 8–12 participants.
- 2–4 volunteers from the group share their current business or project challenges.
- Together, the circle brainstorms ideas, solutions, and perspectives in a supportive, conversational format lead by a BTCo profesional host.
- The focus is on practical insights you can apply immediately.
The setting is casual and inspiring hosted at Põhja Konn, Telliskivi, Tallinn.
The outcome
✅ For volunteers who share their challenges: a personalized action plan with steps to start solving them right away.
✅ For attendees: a Session Summary by email with the solutions proposed and examples on how to adapt them to your own projects.
✅ For everyone: inclusion in the BTCo global community, opening doors to future connections and international collaborations.
