This New Year’s Eve, we gather inside HALO — Light Ceremony, an immersive culinary ritual inspired by the subtle radiance that surrounds all living things. A halo is an emanation — a glow that protects, reveals, and opens a portal to clarity.In this celebration, light is not only seen: it is inhabited, shared, and honored.

Through a four-course menu that explores different expressions of luminosity—its warmth, its movement, its transformative quality—this experience invites you to enter 2026 within a gentle, enveloping glow.With curated music, sensorial interventions, and an atmosphere suspended between shadow and brilliance, HALO becomes a space to renew, awaken, and step into the first light of 2026.

Event Information

To ensure a seamless and harmonious experience during HALO — Light Ceremony, both in ambiance and timing, the evening will follow these guidelines:

• KIN TOH and ITALIK will offer the New Year’s Eve dinner in a mirrored format, sharing the same concept and ceremonial structure.
• ITALIK will serve as the family-friendly option, offering a warm and relaxed environment for guests traveling with children.
• A special children’s menu will be available exclusively for guests under 6 years old, featuring:

Four-cheese pizza

Margherita pizza

Tomato-sauce pasta

Butter pasta(From age 6 onward, the regular menu will apply.)

Un halo es una emanación: un brillo que protege, que revela y que abre un portal hacia la claridad.En esta celebración, la luz no solo se mira: se habita, se comparte y se honra.

A través de un menú de cuatro tiempos que explora diferentes expresiones de la luminosidad —su calidez, su movimiento, su capacidad transformadora—, esta experiencia te invita a recibir el 2026 dentro de un resplandor suave y envolvente.Con música curada, intervenciones sensoriales y una atmósfera suspendida entre penumbra y brillo, HALO se convierte en un espacio para renovarse, despertar y entrar en la primera luz del 2026.

Para garantizar una experiencia armoniosa durante HALO — Ceremonia de Luz, tanto en atmósfera como en tiempos, la velada seguirá las siguientes directrices:

• KIN TOH e ITALIK ofrecerán la cena de Año Nuevo en un formato espejo, compartiendo el mismo concepto y estructura ceremonial.
• ITALIK será la opción familiar, ofreciendo un ambiente cálido y relajado para huéspedes que viajan con niñas y niños.
• Se ofrecerá un menú infantil especial, disponible exclusivamente para menores de 6 años, con las siguientes opciones:
