Hoja de Coca provides a subtle and gentle experience. Most people report increased mental clarity, a sense of grounded energy, enhanced focus, and a mild uplifted mood. It's mildly stimulating, akin to a strong cup of coffee or tea, but without the jitters or crash. It is not a hallucinogen.

How is Hoja de Coca consumed during the experience?

We will guide you through the traditional method of "mambeo" (placing a wad of leaves in the cheek and slowly releasing the compounds), or you may opt for a prepared tea made from the leaves. Both methods are respectful and effective.

What kind of preparation is needed?

We recommend a light diet for 24 hours prior, staying well-hydrated, and refraining from alcohol or excessive caffeine. Coming with an open mind and clear intentions is also beneficial.

No strict long-term dietary restrictions like with Ayahuasca. However, a light, clean diet for 24 hours before the experience is recommended for optimal comfort and clarity.
