Frequently asked questions

ADMISSION

This is an 18+ event and a ticket is required for entry by ALL attendees. Tickets can be bought online HERE or at the door. There are NO other authorized methods to obtain entry.

TRANSPORTATION

Roundtrip shuttle transport is available from Centro Playa del Carmen or Tulum (for an additional cost). Please complete a transportation request to reserve your spot.

UPON ARRIVAL/ENTRANCE

After turning off the main road (Highway 307) to the Casa Tortuga entrance CONTINUE STRAIGHT. Drive past the Lobby/Reception AREA to the RIGHT. Drive Straight until you reach the Checkpoint. Tell the Security, you are going to Buuts Ha. They will allow you to proceed and navigate you ahead.

PARKING

Parking is available onsite for free. A parking lot is located just at the Buuts Ha main entrance. If this lot is full, return to the main road. Make a left and continue until you reach a large clearing to your right, that is the auxiliary parking lot.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

All attendees will be subject to a search upon entry. Outside food/beverages and toxic, non-biodegradable body products (oils, lotions, sunscreen, insect repellent) will not be allowed. Lockers are available on-site.

VIP & BOTTLE SERVICE

Private VIP sections can be reserved for 2-12 persons for a minimum spend (ranging $150-$800 USD) . Available options include booth tables, daybeds, palapas and cabanas with private amenities.

TRAVEL DIRECTIONS

The venue is located about 15 minutes north of Tulum Centro, off the Cancun-Tulum highway. For GPS navigation set your directions to “Casa Tortuga Tulum” as that is the name of the cenote complex.
