About this event

About this event

Burnout costs between $125 billion and $190 billion every year in healthcare costs. Researchers estimate that workplace stress accounts for 8% of national spending on healthcare. Burnout often leads to disengaged employees, who cost their employers 34% of their annual salary as a result.

This is an issue that is likely affecting you and your business.

There are plenty of others workshops out there talking about how to cope with burnout for yourself, or what to do for you. But what about your team?

We tend to think of burnout as an individual problem, solvable by more yoga, better breathing techniques, practicing resilience — the self-help list goes on. In reality, many of the causes of burnout in your business are directly in your control and easy to solve.

Most businesses are either pushing their employees harder and harder to keep getting results. Or are seeing some people leave the rest need to cover. What if you could prevent this?

In this mastermind, working with five other leaders, you will have the opportunity to understand what you are doing which is causing burnout in your people and what you can do about it to not only help your team, but also to help your busines stay on track. This is something that you have control over and can prevent happening.

In this mastermind we will cover:

  • The 5 things most leaders have been doing which makes burnout worse for their teams
  • How to spot and take action when you spy the signs of burnout in your team
  • What happens when things go too far and how (and how fast) you can get things back on track
  • The differentiating benefits of not having a burned-out team in terms of overall business performance.

We will also be holding space for you to discuss and make plans with your peers, in confidence, to take ideas back to your business for implementation.

This workshop is for you if:

  • Deadlines, communication, and productivity are still challenges
  • When you ask how people are doing, they dodge the question with a simple “Fine. Can’t complain.” or “It’s tough but I’ll get through it.”
  • You see more people in your business taking sick days, not performing at the level they did before, or being signed off for stress
  • People are leaving your organisation for new opportunities

About Jimmy:

I help high achieving people experiencing rapid change and growth in their teams to lead more effectively. I show you how to engage your team so they deliver more, with better clarity, thereby freeing up your time and energy to focus on other things.

After a career on the battlefield in Iraq and Afghanistan, I moved into a successful corporate career ending as the GM of an 8 figure business. I then took a sabbatical to revitalize myself and built a fully virtual coaching and consulting business, whilst nomadic, in Latin America and Europe which now services leaders on 4 continents.
