Join us at our first “Nurture in Nature: Women’s Wellness Day Retreat & Bonfire Ceremony”

There are two parts to this event

1. Play ’ N Commune: 11:30-3:15

Open time for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation on private jungle grounds in Mexico. Or commune, mingle and network with other Women in Playa Del Carmen.

-Cenote Swim -Hammocks -Swings -Music

2. Heal’ N Ceremony (Bonfire and Drum Circle): 3:30 - 6:30

A sacred ceremony that is focused on nurturing and grounding our physical bodies, minds, & spirits. We will be honoring the life force elements (Fire, Water, Air, and Earth) around us and within us.

What to Expect:

• Gigong breath work(facilitated by Moonlyte Creatrix)
• Yoga (facilitated by Grace)
• Donation based Massages (by Grace)
• Bonfire intentions & Release,
• Reflection exercises
• Drum Circle Dance Liberation
• Cenote Cleanse/ Swim

What to Bring:

• Writing Tools
• Yoga Mat/ Pillow
• Food offering for Altar
• Bathing Suit/ Change of Clothes
