From mixing and making mix tapes in the 90´s it was only natural for Dj Dizam to upgrade to turntables. Frustrated by the monotonous Los Angeles party scene in 2007, DJ Dizam embarked as one of the newest to hit the scene after a chance suggestion, ¨Instead of complaining about the scene, why not change it?¨ Taking the suggestion to heart, Dj Dizam enrolled in the prestigious Scratch Academy to learn the art of mixing and scratching. Within a month of graduation, it has been non-stop for Dj Dizam who has Dj'd all over Los Angeles, New York, Guatemala and Mexico for over 15 years.
