What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

- Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund or future tour credit. 
- Cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund or future tour credit.
- Less than 72 hour notice or No-show: no refund.

Full refund policies

Accepted Answer

- Customers will also receive a full refund or tour credit in case of cancellation due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. The following do not constitute unforeseeable events:
-Illness or injury of a tour participant, poor weather, oversleeping or change of plans.

Question 3

Can I make a tour reschedule?

Accepted Answer

- In the event that you request a tour reschedule, MexGeo Tours may need charge any reservation fee that might have been made.
- Please consider bank fees and exchange rates may mean the amount refunded is different to the amount originally paid for a tour because of currency exchange fluctuations.

Should I have an insurance?

Accepted Answer

Some of the tours we offer may be potentially dangerous. Prior to booking, you the Customer should be aware of this. You the Customer must acknowledge the need to acquire your own insurance coverage.
The Customer agrees to abide by all terms, conditions and directions of MexGeo Tours and guides.
