On September 19th, El Mirador by Kin Toh becomes the stage of a new edition of RE–UNIÓN by AZULIK.

This chapter of Sunset Spirits welcomes the artistry of three renowned voices in mixology, each presenting a signature creation with Gin Condesa, a distillate rooted in Mexican botanicals.

Berry Mora (@_berrymora) – curator of liquid experiences and current bar lead at Arca, blending the elegance of classic cocktails with the soul of Mexican cantina culture.

China Furlan (@chinafurlan) – representing Gin Condesa, a nomadic spirit who treats mixology as visual and spiritual art, weaving ritual and symbolism into every glass.

Franco Battezzati (@franco_battezzati) – co-founder of Caribbean Bartenders Society and Chivas Masters México 2019 Champion, celebrated for his precise technique and creative vision.

The evening flows between golden light and crafted flavors, accompanied by curated bites and the unmatched view of Tulum’s horizon.
