Support Oregon Animal Rescue (SOAR) was founded in 2011 by Dee Wise and Kristen Winn. SOAR primary mission is to send dogs and cats from Loreto Baja California Sur to Portland, Oregon.

Stray Paws Loreto is a non-profit, no-kill animal rescue group in Loreto BCS, Mexico. Stray Paws Loreto are a group of volunteers who are dedicated to rescuing and saving homeless, unwanted, abandoned, neglected and abused animals. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, medically examine and evaluate and/or socialize all rescued animals that we take in before being offered for adoption.
