We’ll begin the evening by opening our hearts and preparing our spirits with a sacred cacao ceremony, setting the tone for the transformative journey ahead.
*** Breathwork and Reiki ***
Next, we will be using a holotropic breathing technique to access deeper states of consciousness and facilitate inner healing. Reiki will be woven into the experience, enhancing the effects of the Breathwork by promoting relaxation, emotional release, and spiritual rejuvenation.
***Meet your Spirit Guides***
After accessing deep states of consciousness through Breathwork, we’ll continue our journey with a powerful shamanic drumming experience. A core aspect of shamanism is building a connection with your spirit guides. You’ll be guided through this drumming ritual to the lower world where you can meet your guides, learn how to honor them and receive wisdom on your life’s purpose.

About Nia

Nia is a passionate and intuitive Breathwork Facilitator trained by Make Some Breathing Space and Unity Breathwork. She was born in a small village in Bavaria, Germany, but her journey soon took her across the globe to Bali, New Zealand, and ultimately Latin America.
After years of exploring distant lands, Nia realized that the answers she sought couldn’t be found solely in the external world. This understanding led her to embark on a profound inner journey. These practices also have become a passion she shares from the depths of her heart, to empower others to discover their own magic.
