Encuentro al atardecer: Respira, Escucha y Conéctate

Ven a relajarte junto al mar mientras compartimos una tranquila sesión al atardecer con meditacion de atención plena, respiración y sanación con sonido.

No necesitas experiencia, sólo trae algo para sentarte, agua y una capa ligera para abrigarte.

Juntas, bajaremos el ritmo, conectaremos con nuestra respiración y dejaremos que los sonidos de los instrumentos de sanación y el océano nos guíen hacia la calma y la presencia.

No experience needed—just bring something to sit on, water, and a light layer for warmth.

Together, we’ll slow down, connect with our breath, and let the sounds of healing instruments and the ocean guide us into calm and presence.
