We'll have two running circuits available: 5K and 10K, so you can choose your challenge.

After the run, recharge with a refreshing ice bath and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee with the community.

We have two options: 5 km and 10 km circuits. Choose the one that fits your level and energy!

Do I need to be an experienced runner to join?

Not at all! Everyone is welcome — whether you're a beginner or an experienced runner. It’s about enjoying the experience and community.

What should I bring?

Please bring: Comfortable running shoes Swimwear (for the ice bath) A change of clothes Water bottle Good vibes!

What is an ice bath and why do we do it?

An ice bath is a cold immersion technique that helps with muscle recovery, boosts circulation, and increases mental resilience. It’s optional, but highly recommended!

Will there be coffee after the run?

Yes! We'll have fresh coffee available after the run. A perfect reward and a great way to connect with the group.
