You will be guided into an open and receptive state
of mind, through a movement class with breathwork and meditation. Abøn will continue with the
ethereal sound journey of her recent album "Wings of Adelaine", carefully crafted
neo-classical music to wrap you in a warm, cozy blanket of sound, designed to take you
on a journey through the soundscapes, into a place of peace and inner stillness.
