An evening of listening through mind, body and soul with Abøn, Heather and James MacArthur.

The Art of Listening comes to Stratford!

Movement, meditation, breathwork and music, as part of Abøn's tour of her album "Wings of Adelaine", described as "a symphony of light and healing".

Heather MacArthur will first guide an intuitive movement class, followed by James MacArthur leading breathwork and meditation.

Abøn will continue with the ethereal sound journey of her recent album "Wings of Adelaine", carefully crafted neo-classical music to wrap you in a warm, cozy blanket of sound, designed to take you on a journey through the soundscapes, into a place of peace and inner stillness.

Throughout the sound journey, James will offer his expertise in bodywork (optional!)
