Part I — Grounding Energy Practice with Serafi (Tantric Coach)

You will journey into the Root Chakra, building inner support through nurturing your central energy channel, Sushumna, and filling it with strength and stability. Then you will move into the Sacral Chakra, reconnecting with your emotions and awakening sensual flow - igniting your life force. This practice will anchor you deeply, bring safety, and link you with your true self.

Part II — Somatic Practice with Daria (Somatic Therapist & Psychologist)

Through guided movement, you will meet a specific feeling that brings you nourishment and strength. You will embody it, anchor it, and carry it with you — as a living resource. This part transforms energy into lived experience, so that what you awaken stays with you and you can use it everyday.

Sharing Circle

To integrate and root the experience, we will close with intimate sharing — a space to be heard, to anchor insights, and to expand the field of support.

Daria Belunskaya – Psychologist, Somatic Therapist and Somatic Educator

Daria is trained in Somatic Psychology, Somatic Repatterning, Body-Mind Centering® and Applied Neuroplasticity®, with additional specialization in pre- and perinatal trauma.

Daria’s work focuses on the body-mind connection and on nervous system regulation and repatterning, supporting more clarity, resilience, and connection.

Serafi – Tantric Coach, Energy Healer, Tarot-Therapist

Having a background in teaching acting, Serafi specializes in building deep connection with yourself and expanding energetic capacity through applying different body and energy-oriented techniques. She received her spiritual initiation from 2 of the best tantra masters of Russia, as well as initiation in Kundalini-Reiki, Karmic Healing and Facilitation of Women’s Circles.

After a long time of studying human nature through psychology, acting, tantra, meditation and divination she has established her own method of healing and transforming any state into the mode of creation. Serafi works with people of all ages and genders, sharing her magical insights with everyone who needs it.
