We exist to inspire Black boys and young Black men to unleash their potential and to live a life of purpose. As that happens, everyone benefits. No one loses! As that happens, a lot of the challenges we see today disappear. That has a knock-on effect on the rest of society.

And, we "Transform The World"!

We are a Community Interest Company (C.I.C). We are not a Limited Company, but a Social Enterprise (not for profit organisation).

There are so many negative stereotypes about Black boys and young Black men. The depiction in music, media and culture is often negative. There’s an attack on what it is to be a Black boy or a young Black man. Our goal is to transform this.

A key part of our work is building bonds between parents and their children. This allows trauma to be healed, it strengthens a really important and powerful relationship and it develops really confident children, that become confident adults and incredible leaders. We know that it takes a village to raise a child, this is us doing our part in the village.

Here is something that people often overlook or forget:

If the lives of Black boys and young Black men work, then the lives of White boys and young White men work, the lives of young Asian girls and women work, the lives of Black girls and young Black women work, the lives of older Black men and women work, the lives of older White men and women work etc. Basically, everyone’s life works. Everyone wins! Nobody loses!
