I am so happy to welcome you to our studio where our values of Kindness , Inclusion and Safety are at the core of everything we do!

I encourage you to try out all of our classes and feel the joy of self love.

I am proud that our studio is committed to creating a safe environment where you can truely breathe and be exactly who you are, ​and as part of that I am being exactly who I am so you will not find any annoying cancellation fees if you have a bad day and can't get to class , no minimum periods on our memberships and of course you can suspend or cancel anytime (but we know you won't want to!!)
