Dancemind invites you to explore the transformative power of dance and movement, with a focus on health, community, and wellbeing.
We are a non-profit organisation devoted to promoting connection and wellbeing through dance and movement. Our programmes specialise in supporting adults with psychological and physical health needs, with a particular focus on older communities. We offer inclusive opportunities to nurture mind and body, honour life experience, and continue to explore and evolve at every stage of life.
Alongside our regular classes and workshops, Dancemind also offers day retreats and immersive experiences. These provide dedicated time and space for rest, reflection, creativity, and deeper connection through gentle movement, somatic practices, and supportive community.
Our work takes place across a wide range of settings, including community and mental health services, hospitals, residential homes, and cultural spaces. We are committed to making our services accessible, welcoming, and meaningful for those who benefit most.
