Centre of You is a multi-modality haven for humans committed to their personal discovery, growth, healing, self-love journeys to navigate their self-understanding alongside a community of kindred spirits. The foundations of Centre of You are being built with the virtues of care, attunement and empowerment. It is a place of learning, unlearning and relearning. The multi-modal collection of offerings and events and offerings are shared intentionally to facilitate introspection, somatic release, personal betterment and/or restoration.
