Chicago Women's Leadership Accelerator

The Chicago Women's Leadership Accelerator is a one day leadership accelerator, founded by Cindu Thomas-George, Desiree Vargas Wrigley, and Alicia Del Real. The mission of the CWLA is to increase representation of women in leadership and to empower and equip participants with professional development and inspiration that will strengthen leadership acumen, increase inclusion for women in the workplace, and help mitigate the mass exodus of women in the workplace that has been happening since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.
