Helen Reimers - Somatic Whisperer

Helen Reimers is an embodiment facilitator and founder of the Gravitas lineage — a grief-based, relational body of work exploring descent, vitality, and the return of Eros.

Her spaces invite people into honest contact with their inner world through somatic practice, ritual, movement, writing, and communal witnessing. Helen’s work centres the body as the place where grief, shadow, intimacy, and aliveness meet, and where real transformation becomes possible.

With over a decade in holistic health and embodiment, she has trained extensively in somatic practice, relational dynamics, shadow integration, and energy work. Her facilitation is shaped not only by study, but by lived experience — motherhood, loss, advocacy, rupture, repair, and the ongoing path of descent and return.

Helen creates grounded, trauma-aware containers where participants can soften survival patterns, reclaim disowned parts of themselves, and restore vitality, intimacy, and emotional depth. Her work honours grief as praise, descent as initiation, and Eros as life force.
