Arlington Garden in Pasadena
Arlington Garden is a climate-appropriate habitat garden, offering learning, inspiration, and enjoyment for all. Our mission is to engage, educate and demonstrate how a climate appropriate garden can be both beautiful and easy to maintain while incorporating the goals of water conservation and environmental sustainability. We offer inspirational beauty where people can experience a healthier, more responsible living dedicated to promoting sustainable land use and appreciation of habitat for birds, bees, and butterflies.
Built by community members in collaboration with the City of Pasadena, we are not a municipal park but rather a free, non-profit garden made possible through the work of many dedicated volunteers. We believe that volunteering should be extremely easy to do and welcoming to everyone, so we do not require volunteer applications, prior experience, or a minimum number of volunteer hours. Everyone is warmly invited to participate whenever you have the time! Any proceeds from our weekend tutorials and paid workshops goes back to support the garden.
