Dr. Boodram-Wright

Dr. Cary Boodram Wright is an Educational Leader for Diverse Learning Communities. She serves as the Diversity,

Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Director and Literacy Specialist at a school district on Long Island. She is the

Chairperson of her school's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEl) Committee. She is the Diversity, Equity, and

Inclusivity Family Outreach Events Coordinator. Dr. Boodram Wright's passion is advocating for English Language

Learners (ELLs) and migrants in search of more opportunities and aiding in the development of positive well-being

and success for all. Dr. Boodram-Wright wishes to continue to educate stakeholders on the benefits of creating

relationships that foster DEB in all organizations.
