Yoga for me has been and still is a beautiful journey to be made slowly, where sometimes the mental progress is more evident than the physical one. It has taught me to wait, to stop, not to judge myself and to respect myself.

I am a very dynamic and sometimes impulsive person, this journey is teaching me to be present in the here and now, to respect and listen to my body also with respect to the natural cycle of life.

I started practising in 2017 and since then, I've crossed paths with numerous inspiring teachers who've enriched my practice. I embarked on the path of teaching at different stages because of the pandemic, managing to combine an authentic path with Indian schools and live help with experienced teachers. I became certified to teach Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga in 2020 and am actively continuing on this training path. Continuously evolving, I've delved into Yin Yoga, recognizing the crucial harmony between two aspects of our being (yin and yang).

I have recently achieving a 300-hour vinyasa advanced certification in Goa, India, a transformative milestone in my journey. I am still a student and always will be, but I really love to teach and inspire people to live a healthier lifestyle, to find their balance (physical and mental).
