Growing Futures was established in 2012 by Helen Haydock to address the need for specialised training solutions for organisations who work with children. Helen has a Masters in Forensic Psychology and 18 years experience working across both community and forensic settings; including prisons, childhood trauma services, schools and universities. It is this experience alongside her commitment to preventing and addressing harm that she brings to her training.

Growing Futures provides training to support organisations to implement policies and practices to support children safely and to respond to children who may have experienced trauma. The training is designed to be engaging, including the use of small group discussions (in our workshops) and case examples.
