Hayden has also led the management and implementation of over $11,000,000 worth of construction projects.

Hayden began his career in real estate renovating and managing rentals with his father at a young age, where he gained valuable experience in managing renovation projects. He then moved into commercial real estate in 2019 to co-found Momentum, where he further developed his skills in underwriting, due diligence, and portfolio management.
