I’m a seeker at heart — a guide, and a creator of spaces where curiosity meets connection. At the core of everything I do is a simple intention: to help people rediscover their own power, love, joy, and inner peace.
I’ve always been drawn to life’s deeper questions — about consciousness, God, and the nature of existence. Over time, I’ve come to believe that real growth doesn’t come from fixing ourselves, but from remembering who we already are. Through meditation, breathwork, retreats, and 1:1 coaching, I support others in slowing down, turning inward, and reconnecting with what feels most true and alive within them.
My work is about helping people release what no longer serves them, move through fear and uncertainty, and begin living in greater alignment with love, presence, and authenticity. I don’t believe in rigid paths or one-size-fits-all answers — I believe in meeting people exactly where they are and walking alongside them as they unfold.
When I’m not guiding others, you’ll usually find me outdoors, working the land and caring for our 17-acre property. Alongside my fiancé, I’m actively creating a healing sanctuary and future mountain retreat — a place rooted in nature, simplicity, and deep restoration. I also love building with my hands through woodworking, exploring new spiritual practices, and following whatever curiosities life is inviting me into next.
To me, life is a balance of reflection and action, depth and play, stillness and adventure. My hope is to help others reconnect with that balance in their own lives — and to explore the endless possibilities that open up when we choose to live from love, awareness, and conscious intention.
