Kaysha Thomas

Kaysha Thomas (she/her) is an advocate for mental well-being with a special interest in Black women’s mental health, dedicated to promoting inclusivity and accessibility. As a Registered Nutritional Therapist and trauma-informed Pilates Teacher, Kaysha combines her expertise to assist individuals on their road to recovery. Kaysha is passionate about addressing specific challenges and promoting wellbeing within Black communities, including eating disorder recovery, body image, and fostering a healthy relationship with food and exercise.

Kaysha Thomas holds a Masters of Science in Sport & Exercise Nutrition along with qualifications from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition, Institute of Performance Nutrition and BASI Pilates UK.
