Mark Stanton
Mark Stanton is a leadership mentor and former Chief Superintendent who spent 30 years leading 500+ people in UK policing through crises, high-pressure decisions and major change. He now runs Develop People with his wife Emma, designing practical leadership programmes for technical and operational businesses where managers were promoted for skill, not taught to lead. His work focuses on self-leadership, emotionally aware management and creating teams that perform without burning people out. He also runs men’s networks that give men a safe space to talk honestly about wellbeing, leadership and using privilege well.
