Pregnant As is a fun and supportive community for mums and dads-to-be in Wellington. Our sessions are designed to help you connect with other expectant parents, relax, and have some fun! Whether you're early in your pregnancy or getting closer to your due date, each session is a chance to meet others, share experiences, and prepare for the journey ahead.

Expect light movement, bonding activities, expert guest speakers, and plenty of opportunities to chat and enjoy some delicious mocktails and nibbles. Bring your partner or birth companion to join in on the fun!
