Professional Women Network (PWN) Netherlands is a dynamic, inclusive community for internationally minded professionals (primarily women aged 25–75) working across corporate and entrepreneurial sectors. We welcome individuals of all genders who support gender-balanced leadership and want to grow personally and professionally in a diverse, supportive environment.

Our mission is grounded in three key pillars: Emotional Intelligence, Financial Intelligence, and Tech/Data Intelligence. These values drive the design of all our programs, partnerships, and events.

As a Premium Member of PWN Netherlands, you’ll gain access to:

  • In-person events such as International Women’s Day celebrations, quarterly Social Drinks, and dedicated learning sessions on each of our core pillars
  • Online sessions including BizChats for entrepreneurs and Lunch & Learns for continuous growth
  • Our spring or autumn Mentoring Program and the new Leadership Lab, launching in autumn 2025

PWN Netherlands is part of PWN Global, a global movement with chapters in over 20 European cities. Membership in any chapter gives you full access to events and connection tools across the entire network.

Non-members are welcome to join up to two events for a participation fee. After that, we invite you to consider membership for full access.
