Rachael has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and her philosophy is that there is no "right way" for a posture to look. The focus of her classes is on having fun while becoming stronger and more flexible as well as reducing stress and increasing feelings of wellbeing. She employs elements of foundation fitness in order to ensure that her students' bodies are never compromised while they are becoming fitter, healthier, happier people.
