Emma is an experienced yoga teacher & ceremonial space holder, passionate about teaching the magic and ritual of breath, movement & meditation. Her spaces are healing & joyful.

Emma teaches reconnecting to the wisdom of the body so that we can awaken our soul purpose and access the infinite source of creativity & power within.

Emma leads yoga & empowerment retreats internationally. She teaches Yoga Nidra, holds regular Cacao Ceremonies and Women’s Circles, facilitates Breathwork and combines Tantric, Yogic and Vedic teachings from India and Shamanic teachings from South America. Emma’s circles welcome delight & creativity, soothing the mind, revitalising the body & nourishing the soul. She has had a dedicated yoga practice for 20 years. She is a Senior Experienced teacher with over 1000 hours of training and has been teaching and sharing her practice for 10 years.

Her background teaching the Brazilian art form of Capoeira has inspired her yoga teaching with graceful, fluid movement and a passion for music. Emma is a classically trained violinist and a dancer of many forms of South American dance including Samba and Salsa. She was a reggae and world music DJ for many years, an animator, a film maker, a set designer and an art director. She then went on to spend 7 years as Lead Creative for an advertising and production agency specialising in extraordinary luxury brand experiences.
