Example: The combination of the massage and talking therapy really helped clear my head and lift a weight off my shoulders. In the beginning I felt awkward and uneasy talking to a man about feelings but I just kept on talking and talking. I made notes beforehand and went through them one by one. That helped my awkwardness. I felt I could create more space in my life – over a number of weeks I cleared out a lot of clutter and clothes I no longer needed. Interestingly I was given different options on how to progress - did I want to wear and photograph every clothing I was going to get rid of. It was a more calming, fun experience wearing my clothes for the last time, than just get rid of everything in one go.
Example: I was mentally and physically overwhelmed. I got massage, talking therapies and lots of positive affirmations about my overweight body, my arms, my legs, my abdomen, my back during my massage. A lot of discussion took place about how I felt, my traumas, job loss, relationship breakdown, moving home, daily pressures and things holding me back over the past 15 years. Little by little I started to feel better, more clarity, more relaxed, more of a princess.

Together, we’ll choose from a range of traditional and alternative massage techniques—or combine them—to create
a session tailored just for you. Every session is fully personalised, ensuring you feel safe, heard and cared for throughout.
