SONAR is a mens group that meets every 3rd Sunday of the month to create a safe and supportive space for men to reconnect with themselves and with others.

Through movement, breathwork and open conversation, we encourage men to expand, explore and deepen their sense of self.

We are a community orientated, addressing some of the most pressing challenges men face today; feelings of isolation, loneliness and disconnection.

By coming together, we aim to foster brotherhood, share tools for wellbeing and support one another towards better health, resilience and purpose.
