Sweat! Dance Fitness is a seductive way to a workout. Using similar techniques you would get in a dance class and focusing on sexy and feminine dance techniques. 

Each weak we learn a new choregraphy that is fun to learn and challenging enough to keep you fit. 

Every now and then we organize dance workshops for those who like a specific style we use at our regular classes.
