The Housing Summit: Future of Affordable Housing
About The Housing Summit
The Housing Summit is a national and global series of curated gatherings designed to move housing from theory to action. Across cities like Hong Kong, New York, and Detroit, we bring together developers, policymakers, investors, community leaders, and philanthropy to do one thing: shorten timelines, shift policies, and get more people into stable, dignified homes.
Each summit is intentionally small and outcomes-focused. Instead of panels that end in “we should,” we design working sessions where participants map real barriers, co-create solutions, and leave with clear owners, timelines, and next steps. We explore the full stack of housing as economic mobility—financing, land use, modular and adaptive reuse, workforce housing, and community-centered development—through the lens of what can be implemented now.
By convening cross-sector leaders around one table, The Housing Summit aims to:
Unlock new public–private and philanthropic partnerships
Reduce the time it takes to move projects from concept to keys-in-hand
Share playbooks and pilots across cities so no one is starting from scratch
Our belief is simple: housing is infrastructure for opportunity. The right room, with the right people, can accelerate years of progress into a single, focused conversation.
