About the facilitator:
Azlitah Jaffar is a counsellor and the founder of The Mosaic Roots Project, a community initiative dedicated to creating reflective spaces where individuals can explore identity, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and life transitions.
With more than ten years of experience in counselling and community-based work, Azlitah supports individuals who are navigating stress, burnout, relational challenges, and periods of uncertainty in life. Her work focuses on helping people better understand their inner experiences, reconnect with their values, and move toward greater clarity and emotional balance.
Azlitah believes that meaningful change often begins through honest conversations and safe relational spaces. Her approach integrates reflective dialogue, emotional awareness, and compassionate exploration of personal narratives.
Through both counselling and facilitated community circles, she hopes to create spaces where people can slow down, make sense of their experiences, and feel less alone in their journeys.
