A readers' club for all manner of books & people...

We meet monthly and decide as a group what to read. As the name implies, we read any genre or theme as long as the book is under 400 pages. We invite anyone in the Chicagoland area to join us for community discussion over snacks, drinks, and sometimes a cozy fire.

In 2012, the group met somwhere in Logan Square (Chicago). More recently, our location has been determined by member residences who graciously host our group. In months where a there is no host, we make our way back to Logan Square. This provides us a chance to change up our routines and see more of Chicago.

FAQ: Where is this meeting this month?! Organizers always circulate the address the week of the event (M or T, W), so if you haven't RSVP'd 'YES' to the event a few days before the event, chances are you didn't get the email. Please email LSOAbookclub@outlook.com

FAQ: What should I bring? Usually the host has some drinks and some minimal snacks, but we highly encourage people BYOS (snacks) to share with the group.
