Wendy Kettle Coaching & Meditation
Wendy Kettle teaches traditional Yoga Nidra meditation and also iRest, which is the modern, Westernised form. Yoga Nidra is a very deep meditation which takes you through different states of consciousness and is a bit like drifting in and out of sleep. It is deeply relaxing and restorative and is practised lying down.
She has a background in business and in mental health, so you know you are safe hands.
Wendy trained as a yoga teacher in 2003 and completed her yoga therapy training in 2008. She predominately taught in psychiatric hospitals and prison, but after leaving the NHS in 2012 she retrained as both a Life and Executive Coach, and now interweaves meditation and coaching to help people remove blocks and find their purpose.
Wendy has a deep fascination with human behaviour and with what motivates people. She believes that nothing is ever wasted and that it’s never too late to learn something new – or to completely change direction.
She has a special interest in stress and works to enable people to live a balanced, fulfilled life, whilst fully achieving their potential and taking their rightful place in the world!
